Managing Roles
Promote a Member
- Go to your team’s Members tab
- Find the member
- Click the role dropdown
- Select the new role
Promote to Captain
Captain Succession
If the Captain leaves the team:- The longest-serving Co-Captain becomes Captain
- If no Co-Captains exist, the longest-serving Member becomes Captain
Join Requests
Users can request to join your team:- User visits your team profile
- User clicks “Request to Join”
- Captain or Co-Captain reviews the request
- Approve or deny
Join requests remain pending until reviewed - they don’t auto-expire.
Inviting Members
Invite organization members to your team:- Go to Members tab
- Click Invite
- Search for organization members
- Or create a shareable invite link
