Accessing Notification Preferences

  1. Click your avatar and select Settings
  2. Go to Notifications

Notification Channels

Only the in-app channel is currently active. Email and push channels will be available in a future update.

Notification Categories

Notifications are organized into categories. You can toggle an entire category on or off, or expand it to control individual notification types.

Match (18 types)

Notifications related to your matches:
  • Challenge accepted
  • Match updated / starting soon / completed
  • Match cancelled / deleted / unpublished
  • Match request received / approved / declined
  • Score submitted / needs review / confirmed
  • Lobby code updated
  • Attendance changed
  • Dispute raised / resolved
  • Added to match roster

Organization (8 types)

Activity within your organizations:
  • Invite received
  • Join request received / approved / declined
  • Member accepted / kicked / left
  • Ownership transferred

Team (9 types)

Activity within your teams:
  • Invite received
  • Join request received / approved / declined
  • Member accepted / kicked / left
  • Member promoted / demoted

Ticket (7 types)

Updates on your support tickets:
  • Ticket created / closed
  • New reply
  • Status changed
  • Ticket assigned
  • Member added / removed

Payment (2 types)

Billing and subscription updates:
  • Payment completed
  • Subscription activated
Both payment notifications are critical and cannot be disabled. You will always receive these notifications.

League (3 types)

League participation updates:
  • Application submitted
  • Application approved / denied

Developer (5 types)

Notifications for developer accounts:
  • Application submitted / approved / denied
  • Account suspended
  • Webhook auto-disabled
Developer notifications only appear if you have an approved developer account. The “Account Suspended” notification is critical and cannot be disabled.

Other (4 types)

General platform notifications:
  • Trophy awarded
  • Platform announcements
  • Referral signup
  • Referral milestone

How Toggling Works

Category Toggle

Each category has a master toggle at the top of its card. Turning it off disables all notification types in that category at once. Turning it back on restores your previous per-type settings.

Individual Type Toggle

Expand a category to see its individual notification types. Toggle each one independently to fine-tune which notifications you receive.

Critical Notifications

Some notifications are marked with a lock icon and cannot be disabled:
  • Payment Completed - Confirms successful payments
  • Subscription Activated - Confirms subscription changes
  • Developer Account Suspended - Alerts you to account restrictions
These are always delivered to protect your account.
