Accessing Support
Access the Support page from:
- User menu - Click your avatar > Support
- Direct URL - Navigate to
/support
Ticket Status Lifecycle
| Status | Meaning | What’s Next |
|---|
| Open | Newly created | Awaiting staff review |
| In Progress | Staff working on it | Ongoing investigation |
| Awaiting Reply | Staff responded | You need to respond |
| Resolved | Issue addressed | Confirm or reopen |
| Closed | Ticket completed | No further action |
Viewing Your Tickets
The Support page shows all your tickets:
Ticket List:
- Ticket number and subject
- Status badge
- Category and linked entity
- Creation date and last activity
- Unread indicator for staff replies
Filtering:
- By status (All, Open, In Progress, etc.)
- By category (Account, Technical, etc.)
Sorting:
- Newest first (default)
- Oldest first
- Recently updated
