Accessing Support

Access the Support page from:
  • User menu - Click your avatar > Support
  • Direct URL - Navigate to /support

Ticket Status Lifecycle

Viewing Your Tickets

The Support page shows all your tickets: Ticket List:
  • Ticket number and subject
  • Status badge
  • Category and linked entity
  • Creation date and last activity
  • Unread indicator for staff replies
Filtering:
  • By status (All, Open, In Progress, etc.)
  • By category (Account, Technical, etc.)
Sorting:
  • Newest first (default)
  • Oldest first
  • Recently updated
