View matches in “Available Matches” section

Filter by game, status, platform, etc.

Look for matches that fit your team

Sending an Acceptance Request

Click Accept

On a match you want to play

Select Your Team

Choose which team is accepting

Select Roster

Pick your active players and bench

Submit

Your request is sent to the match creator

Acceptance Status

StatusMeaning
PendingAwaiting creator’s decision
ApprovedCreator accepted your team
RejectedCreator declined
WithdrawnYou cancelled your request
Match creators can receive multiple acceptance requests. They choose which team to play against.

Checking In

For scheduled matches:

Go to Match Page

Navigate to the accepted match

Click Check In

When ready to play

Wait for Opponent

Both teams must check in

Match Ready

Status changes to “Ready” when both teams check in

Requirements

To accept a match, your team must:
  • Be the same game as the match
  • Have a Captain or Co-Captain accepting
  • Meet platform/input device requirements
  • Have players with required connections

Troubleshooting

“I can’t accept this match”
  • Your team may not match the game
  • You may not have the required role
  • Platform/input requirements may not be met
“My acceptance was rejected”
  • The creator chose a different team
  • Try accepting other available matches
