Teams have two roster tiers: active players who participate in matches, and bench players as backups.

Active Roster

Players who will participate in matches:
  • Selected when creating or accepting matches
  • Must have required gaming connections linked
  • Minimum 1 active player required per match

Bench

Backup players with priority ordering:
  • Can be swapped in if active players are unavailable
  • Priority order determines who gets called up first
  • Drag and drop to reorder priorities

Bench Priority System

1

Add Players to Bench

Move players from active to bench, or invite new bench players
2

Set Priority

Assign each bench player a priority number (1, 2, 3, etc.)
3

Call Up When Needed

If an active player can’t attend, the #1 priority bench player gets called up
Drag and drop bench players to reorder their priority.

Automatic Bench Promotion

When an active roster player sets their attendance to “Not Attending”:
  • The highest priority bench player is automatically promoted
  • This ensures your team always has enough players
  • You can manually adjust after auto-promotion
