Your subscription unlocks organization-level benefits like higher member limits, more team slots, and feature access. To apply these benefits, you must assign your subscription to a specific organization.

How Assignment Works

  • Each user can assign their subscription to one organization at a time
  • The organization receives the benefits of your subscription tier
  • Multiple users can assign their subscriptions to the same organization
  • The organization’s effective tier is the highest among all assigned subscriptions

Subscribe

Purchase a subscription from the Subscribe page

Choose Organization

After purchase, select which organization receives the benefits

Confirm

Confirm the assignment (this starts a cooldown period)
You can also assign or reassign from Settings > Billing.

Cooldown Period

After assigning your subscription to an organization, there is a 7-day cooldown before you can reassign it to a different organization. This prevents abuse of the system.
The cooldown only applies when changing organizations. Your first assignment has no cooldown.

Effective Tier

If multiple members assign their subscriptions to the same organization, the organization receives the benefits of the highest tier among all assignments. Example: If one member has Basic and another has Premium, the organization operates at Premium tier.

What Happens When You Unsubscribe

If you cancel your subscription or it expires:
  • Your organization falls back to the next highest assigned tier, or Free if none remain
  • Existing members, teams, and data are preserved
  • You cannot add new items beyond the Free tier limits until a subscription is reassigned
